Children with severe allergies should bring their own EpiPen. We'll record its location and ensure trained staff know it's available.
Medication can be administered during the day with written parental consent. All medication must be in its original labelled packaging.

FAQs
What ages can attend?
We welcome children aged 4–14. Children must have completed their first year of school (Reception) to attend.
What time does the day run?
Our core day is 10:00–15:00. We offer a Breakfast Club from 08:00 (with breakfast provided, £5) and late stay until 17:30 for working families.
How do I know if my child qualifies for HAF funding?
HAF funding is for children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. Contact your local council or school to check your eligibility and get your 16-character HAF code.
Can siblings come together?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Older siblings often naturally look out for younger ones, and we factor that into our group arrangements.
What if my child has allergies or medical needs?
You'll provide full details during booking, and we keep these on file for every session. Our staff are trained in first aid and allergy awareness. For severe allergies, please contact us before booking.
What happens if my child is unwell?
Please do not bring your child if they are unwell. If your child becomes unwell during the day, we'll contact you and ask you to collect them. We can credit your booking if you let us know as early as possible.
Can I use childcare vouchers?
Yes. We accept childcare vouchers from most major providers. Select 'Childcare voucher' at checkout and we'll confirm the booking while you arrange the voucher payment separately.
Is the club insured and Ofsted registered?
Yes. We're Ofsted registered (EY551608), fully insured and follow all safeguarding and child protection guidelines. All staff are DBS checked.
What if my child is a looked-after or foster child?
We welcome all children including those in foster care. Please flag this during booking so we can ensure we have the right information in place to keep your child safe and happy.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Contact us as soon as possible. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be refunded.
